Anyway the way Murray celebrated you'd have thought he had won the tournament.

It's a php sig; very clever device, designed for me by Prakash before the 2005 Ashes.

I think his celebration was relief more than anything else. He could very easily have lost the game and that would have been it for another year. If he serves that badly again he'll be out though.

I cannot stand Murray. He goes around stating that he supports whoever England are playing in the World Cup, yet expects the entire UK's undying love? He's Scottish, not English! Until we find a replacement for Tim Henman, I'll be supporting no-one at Wimbledon. I'll be rooting for whoever's playing against Murray however...

Gutted for Ivanovic, sad to see her go out in this way. Federer looked alright in the 2 sets I watched, his serve wasn't as dangerous compared to Soderling but he was good under pressure.

Is Karlovic that king of Aces? I heard the commentator say that at the start of play about one of the players.

Well done Andy. I thought Wawrinka played very well and was a tough opponent. I fancy him to beat Ferrero and Roddick but think Hewitt might edge the semi if he defeats the A Rod. In the other half, even with Karlovic and Djokovic in his path it's hard to look past Federer.

Trains stop at about 1am in Melbourne. A lot of matches go past that. The Hewitt-Baghdatis match in 2008 went until 4:30am. That's the point of the roof anyway. You can't just say "Oh people have to go home let's stop the match".

Anyway, Hewitt will tear Murray a new one in the Semis.

Actually I watched the whole thing. Hewitt dominated the final 3 sets. It was vintage.

getting break points against karvolic would be quite a task....

Sad to see Ivanovic go out in that manner, but anyways she was outplayed completely by Venus. Federer vs Karvolic would be great match to watch for but last nite's Murray match was also brilliant, the celebration seemed like Murray won the tournament but he played brilliant.

Looks like its gonna be Williams sister final again, they are playing just outstanding at the moment.

I always get these two mixed up; Is Roddick or Hewitt the Aussie? Either way I don't like both of them because one's Australian and the other's a horrible Yank. And I hate Nadal too because he's a horrible Spaniard. And i'm not really that fond of Murrary either because he's a jock who think's he's a Yank...
