Will the AI be made from scratch or will the same configs used by Jeremy’s team since 1999 still be used?

The new analog batting control has meant that we have had to revisit the base configs and these have been changed dramatically … it’s a whole new cricketing experience this time around.
Well, there is nothing here about chasing targets, hopefully they will chase totals, because they havent in any previous games.

Sounds promising. If they actually implement all that, they'll definitely beat BLIC this year.

Because these were from about 2 or 3 months ago lol.

3 of my questions were asked which is cool.

The one I wanted to know about the most was one. (The one about the computer mvoing fielders to where runs were being scored etc.)

Yep, hopefully Australia will chase a total of 100 in 50 overs this time around.
Very good interview.

Never is what they promise and even if it is for the first time ever I still doubt it will beat BLIC.

a lot of the answers were pretty much manager language which the average person cant see past. Hinting that it could be there etc. pretty much means it wont. Despite this, im actually really excited about this game, even though it has left a lot of the bad things, i.e bowling action. It appears to have made the gameplay completely different which could prove to be quite exciting

Indeed Rickyp. He doesn't actually say they have done much to the 7 year old AI. Just that for the first time in those 7 years, they have had a look at the base values and decided to change them

I have a question:

Is the amount that we push the analogue stick down, the power of the shot?

No, that is a question for the planetcricket community, because I think the answer may have been revealed. But I cannot find it.

Doesn't sound so promising than what I thought it would be. All games focus on gameplay and I think that EA are trying to make an excuse out of it to not improve anything else.

Still too early to judge the game, hope they prove me wrong.
