A Neil Craig journey

Adelaide have came out today and said that coach Neil Craig is the mastermind behind the club and its sucess. Craig, who has been head coach of the club since the middle of 2004, says that he has many plans for this club and the future. Alot of people have been saying that the Crows have missed their oppourtunity at the Grand Final and a flag, because most of their better players are 30+ in age. But Craig says that doesnt matter and that a young group of kids coming through the ranks that the AFL should be looking out for. Players such as Nathan VanBerlo, Nathan Bock, Knights, Douglas, Vince, Griffen, Hinge and all those players to step up and carry this side when the players like Ricciuto, Goodwin McLeod and Edwards have retired.

Western Bulldogs vs Adelaide @ Telstra Dome - Sunday Afternoon

Adelaide will launch it's 2006 campaign travelling to the Telstra Dome to face the Western Bulldogs on Sunday afternoon Football. The Crows, come into the match with a very strong side. Bernie Vince will make his debut for the Crows in this match against the Bulldogs. The Bookies can't split this match and both teams are $1.80 to win this match, so that sounds good for the Crows. Neil Craig says that the Crows will be looking to get a good start to the season by beating the Bulldogs tonight. Craig says "Their run will be a problem, they love to bounce with the ball, but our defence and players will try and block their run, and if we are having to chase them down, then we will have to back our players".
