Exactly. I'm an Essex fan, but I live in Norfolk, their my nearest first Class County, if I was to make the effort to travel to Chelmsford et el to watch them play and it was called off, when an even shorter game could be implimented I would be extremely annoyed.

We won \o/ thanks in no small part to Luke Wright who hit a hundred, a rare sight in 20-20s. 45 balls for his 103.

Fair call. So in that case, either don't count the game as official or else make each team have the same rules. If 1 side used 2 bowlers in a 5 over game, 1 for 3 overs, 1 for 2, give the second team that option.

I am seriously disgusted now! Somerset lost again yesterday thanks to a 6th wicket partnership from Glamorgan to win with 4 balls left. Now 24-4 against Gloucestershire in the 6th over

It is completely ridiculous! The Somerset team should be ashamed of their performances so far...

There'll be no more Hick magic at New Road for a while! Flooded again with all the mass weather systems we've been having. Will probably get worse too!

This is great bowling from Lancs! We're actually going to win this! Well bowled Smudge! 3-8 so far! Didn't think 143 would be enough, but it looks like it will be!

(P.S. I apologise for the excited use of exclamation marks)

Absolutely shocking! Somerset have by far been the poorest side so far this year in 20/20 and a shambles performance lets them crumble to a 8 wicket loss with 7+ overs to spare. Thank god we are top of the county championship!

bloody hell Leicestershire are getting thrashed weird but we are prone to a defeat in the group stages.Just think we weren't really that sure on what to do over 13 overs.

He's lancashire bred Born in Liverpool, moved out to Chorley and went through the ranks up to mens age then buggered off to Lancashire, leaving us a world class bowler short
