How that is even possible to say when he's President is amazing. I think you need to go look some stuff up He's from Hawaii, he's American.

On topic, the game looks good from what i've seen of the build up. I'm only interested in online play however, I believe they should port some of the most enjoyable CoD4 maps over.

That trailer looks pretty cool, the graphics look updated, and you can imagine a few of those places being in a multiplayer. I'm quite excited for this to be honest!

What Simon said - no way of telling without the official requirements. But considering IW's games are very well-optimized, and run on all platforms at consistent actions, chances are those'd be ok. Compared to Cod 4 though, MW2 might be a bit harsher since this one pushes the envelope the engine pretty far.
