You can draft anyone you want.
Squad division:
10 International Players, 10 Indian Players.
Playing XI division:
Maximum of 4 overseas players can play on field.


Auction Rules:
To make everything simple, I've decided it to make it in rupees as its Indian Premier league.
No conversion to dollars etc etc.

Everyone will have 40 rupees in their pocket.
They will have to buy 10 Indian Players and 10 Overseas players using those 40 rupees.
I'll be releasing Set of players and they'll be auctioned for 24 hours.
The people with greatest bids will be declared winners.
The auction will go on in this thread itself.
