I used to be apart of the Electronic Arts Forums, I was usually interested in writing 'Manager Modes' in the Fifa 09 section. I think this Story Forum lacks several things such as Graphics, More in depth reports and generally getting the readers.

Is anyone doing an Ashes 09 one atm?

My Run Rate was 3.66 (I'm all out)

They are in the 30th over and are 114 - 2 (so that is just under 4)

Playing on Normal difficulty btw.

oh ok. The game doesn't work on my computer so I can't do a story anyway and I'm already doing 2 stories.

thanks mate. Since you've been looking at the stories. Would you mind giving me some suggestions to make my story better. All critical comments on it are accepted.

I think if you could expand sentances and even if you exagguarate or make it up.

Example:

"I then played a lot better hitting Balaji around" (from Chapter 10)

instead you could say:

"When Balaji came on, I was taking no prisoners. I needed to show the coach what I was made of so I set out to attack. He suprised me with some shorter balls, but when I really got going, I was amazed at what ability I actually had"

or something like that. KUTGW tho Bud

Thanks for that. A sentence like that would make it a lot more detailed and interesting.

hey, I have a suggestion of having a separate forum for Cricket leagues as there is a lot of discussion going on in CCPC and WPL.
whenever I see the Stories section, the "Last Post" section would be from CCPC or WPL.

Initially I thought that it can go to, Fantasy Sports forums where Footy leagues have been taking place. But since, it says, " Other than cricket " in its description, we were pretty happy to have it as a subforum of story section.

Also, there was a confusion in stories side, which to come as league and which to come as story, and now with this league forums being the sub forums, it do adds some sense.

Added to the above, I have taken a gamble of using AC09 in my story.

I will try for one match, & if I am not satisfied, I will go back to EA series.
