Not so much the home advantage as Auckland is the biggest ground in the game. This will make the spin bowling a bit more difficult to hit.

-Each team plays the other 3 times
-Each team must name a 14 man squad and play all 14 at one point in the series.
-Must have 2 fielders on boundry at all times
-Must bowl 4 overs of spin and 4 overs of medium/medium-fast bowling
-Matches to be played home,away and at the neutral 3rd location
-2 points for a win, 1 for a tie, top two points leaders play in a one off final
