However, I was disappointed a bit by the batting, if Yuvraj had not played that well then the Indians would have been shot out for less than 250(it would not have cost them the match; in my opinion anything greater than 125 is too much for Bangladesh ) | ||

| Guest | Congrats to India and I take nothing from them, they are a World class team. But, how bad is Bangladesh? How can they compete at International Test cricket? Not even any promise for the future. At least Kenya seam to have some spirit about them. ??? I could be wrong? ::: | ||

| Guest | Bomber...Bangladesh have three good players i rate...Khaled Mashud their captain and talisman anchorman is a very good player and wickie...khaled Mahmud is a pretty useful medium pacer and all rounder..their most promising player is fast bowler Talha Jubair who I rate as a good prospect, he's only 17 and has something about him. As for the rest of the squad..hehe :P ...they are about as good as my local pub side Hop & Kilderkin..infact, most of their players probably wouldn't even get in our side as we won The Bournemouth & East Dorset league last season and managed to give the Dorset county side a run for their money in a one day match...they scored 240-4 from 50 overs and we finished on 212-6...not bad for a bunch of semi-pro's eh : | ||

| Guest | Hey Ritwik, you are being very generous by suggesting Bangladesh are even capable of reaching 125. I'd be interested to know how many games in a row they've now lost (its a record i think ??? ) also their highest score in the world cup...i think they did ok against the West Indies but not much besides if my memory serves me right ??? : | ||

| Guest | Hey Ritwik : I've checked out the bangladesh cricket board website nd apparently their rercord test score was against India where they managed over 400 What the #### was going on there mate :but///: they did manage 272-8 in a ODI match against Zimbabwe last year...so perhaps we are being a little critical of a team with an average age of under 23 ??? | ||

| Guest | Or maybe they could match-fix.Usually if Bangladesh win I think someone has fixed the game.I would say Bangladesh are better chasing then batting first. But their chasing is slow, you could boil five kettles (to the brim) and make20 sandwich in just the time they take to get to 60. :h: | ||
