Extract the roster to My Documents/User ****/Data/Bats.

it still has the old rosters

.lst files:

Open Lineup Editor
Select Roster
Select team to replace, and use the "Import Option"
Select the .lst.

that is exactly what i did but it didnt work

Do you have a user profile? Are you using the correct one? Also, the roster doesn't update on the go, you have to re-load the profile.

Switch on the game.
Select "Empty" as user profile, and name it as whatever you want.
Put the roster into My Docs./EA Sports/C2K4/User ***. Upload the game and re-load the profile. It will work.
