| 2nd XI Cricketer Member Since: Nov 2006 National Team: England | I am going to call my bowling discovery a bug. So far on all star levels bowling just outside of off stump but not for wides you can force the CPU into playing feeble little shots for the duration of the match. I have played 50 over matches on 4 and 5 star now and held the CPU to 44 and 38 runs and got them all out well before the 30 over mark. It has nothing to do with skill. It's all in delivery placement and the only reason I give up any runs is because it's painfully boring to watch the CPU play "straight to a fielder" each time so I creep in with the swingers and cutters until the CPU puts the ball in play. Utilizing this bowling line strictly you reduce the CPU batting confidence to zero and can bowl them out quite easily with special deliveries. It's more flaw than bug. | ||

| School Boy Cricketer Member Since: Nov 2006 | too many bugs, bowling: tried this with shohaib akhtar: 1- if i bowl an inswinger way down leg, and if the batsman is standing away from the stumps (leaving stumps completly exxposed) and it hits his legs. its a wide. 2- lbw is flawed. plumb fulltosses are called not out 3- akhtar bounces someone eg. england batsmen, and they fall on the stumps, its not out. 4- if a batsman hits it in the air on a no ball, start running just before being caught, even though the batsman is stranded and the fielder throws the ball, the ump calls it a no ball, should have been an attempt for a run out.. lots more to come, will type later... must go and watch pak demolish WI...woohoooo | ||

| U19 Cricketer Member Since: Mar 2006 | When I bowl the ball way outside off or leg the keeper dives to catch the ball. But if the batsman hits a straight drive and it goes to the fielder, who then throws at the keepers end with the keeper still on the ground. As the throw comes in, the batsman start to run as the keeper is down, but the keeper then suddenly gets up grabs the ball and stumps the batsman running to the keepers end. Really frustrating | ||
