Only Downloads
Only complete Downloads can be posted. No previews or plans for a patch. You must have a Download to post a new thread.
Threads like "I've made a roster, bats, for blah blah patch, but I don't know how to make Kits. Can anyone help me with making kits / teach me?" will be deleted and an infraction for 'Not following instructions' given.

Feedback
We recommend constructive feedback is given but we understand that some work is perfect and it can only be appreciated. We recommend using the 'Thanks' button but we understand if you wish to say how good their patch/graphics is through a post.

Thanks System
The Thanks system is used to thank the patch maker for their work. Also used to prevent comments such as "Thanks for this", if you planned on posting that, use the Thanks or Rep system.

Thread titles
Only contain the patch makers name i.e Sylvester's download thread
No funky text style i.e. *&^%SyLvEsTeR!#, all thread titles will be standard as shown in the previous line.
The length of the thread title should not exceed one line for a 1024x768 resolution (excluding your username and page numbers).

Request
All request should be posted in Request thread

One thread per person
Each member will be allowed only one thread for all their downloads. We may allow another thread if it is a utility patch or similar.

Tags
Use Tags to make it easier to see what is in the thread. Only use the tags listed below. (If you feel a Tag is missing, PM me and I will consider it.

Screenshots
Please provide screenshots where possible i.e. graphic patches should have a screenshot but AI patches obviously will not.
You can take a screenshot by using the 'Print screen' key and pasting this in paint or photoshop. Or you can use a program like Fraps.

Not following instructions
Members not following rules above will:

1. Receive a General warning.
2. Receive a 'Not following instructions' warning.
3. Receive a 'Not following instructions' infraction leading to Mod preview for a week.
4. Given another 'Not following instructions' infraction leading to a ban for a week.

Plagiarism
Plagiarism is the act of taking the previously published work of others and passing it off as your own. This is both dishonest to the community and disrespectful to the original author. Anybody caught plagiarising the work of other members can expect to be dealt with severely. 3 month bans are now in effect.
If you wish to redistribute someone else's work you must get their permission first.

A clarification of the length of the thread title has been added. The request on/off prefix counts towards your title limit so if you want to save space don't use the request off prefix. Requests should only be made in threads with 'request on'.

I would like to remind this rule again for the patch makers. Where ever possible, screenshots must be provided.

• If it is not provided, the post/download will be deleted.
• If it is the only post in that thread ( i.e, probably the first post of a thread), then that thread will be deleted!

One more gentle reminder on the rules. Do read them without fail before posting.

Even after 4 months, I still see the posts which are spoiling the quality of the forums. After all it's our forums guys. We have to make sure that it's filled with great quality.

1) Avoid bumping of the old thread.
2) Don't reply to post by saying that " You are spamming " etc etc. Report to us or make the member to be aware of rules incase of any newbie.
3) Avoid CHAT kind of CONVERSATIONS. Keep them in VM/PM/Mails. i.e. NOT HERE.
4) At any time, if you sense any problem here you can always feel free to contact me or the mod team for any kind of support.

Another gentle reminder of the rules. From now on,

• Threads must only be bumped for the purpose of detailed feedback on a download, or to make a request in a thread labled 'Requests On'. Bumping a thread for any other reason is unacceptable and will result in a Not following Instructions Infraction without warning.
  
  If you need to contact a patch maker for other reasons, do so by PM or VM.

Also, some of the threads were closed due to this bumping. If the patch maker returns by any chance, you can always PM the mods to reopen the thread.
