Is it possible?

Is it possible to play a realistic test match in Ashes cricket 2009 with patches applied?(Beta 1 & 2)..PLease tell as i am not aware of this thing..

Dont touch the lofted shot button and try to play the way a certain player player plays in real life. You could enjoy it then. Like play just defensive and sometimes grounded shots with dravid, play most of the shot on the off side with sehwag even when field is offside heavy.

from my experience, they like to bat very defensively, scoring at maybe 3 per over. If you bowl the first two overs really tight, they might hit a boundary to boost the run rate, but otherwise nothing too extreme. Bowling, well you could smash anything, so when you're batting its up to you for the realism. I actually prefer, if I'm playing on normal, to simulate the cpu innings, they get a respectable score most of the time, 250-350 is about the average.

It's a lot better but still not perfect. Pacing and game situation especially.
