| Banned AKA: Fatality Member Since: Dec 2005 Location: Ambala, India National Team: India Domestic Team: Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians | Hey mods just a suggestion: Why not start a Bet in vbookie section for the release date of the game. Dates can be varied like this : 3rd-5 July,6-8th july.9th-11th july and so on. Bookie can earn a lot from this... Last edited by surendar; 3rd July 2009 at 12:48 AM.. | ||

![]() Exactly how it is. Can't wait at all. I think that probably doesn't do favours for Codies since our expectations get too high due to the wait.

| School Boy Cricketer Member Since: Nov 2008 | Thank you very much for these great reviews by all of the testers, however, there is still one thing that has me perplexed. I remember reading that the gamer uses one analog stick to determine whether the shot will be on the back or the front foot and the other analog stick for shot placement. In addition, X, O and square determine if the shot is defensive or attacking. If this is correct it would be almost impossible to press all of the correct controls at the same time. I know I have gone wrong here somewhere and please may someone shed some light on the situation. Thanks | ||

Might be a touch more difficult to press it all on PS3 though with the location of the analogue sticks compared to the 360.

| International Coach AKA: Tom Member Since: Dec 2003 Location: Bristol, England | I think it swings and spins more. Also, like in Wii Bowling (the ten-pin variety, not cricket), you create swing and spin by gesturing with the remote. The amount of spin you can get is absurd if you flick your wrist loads. I'm talking from a yard outside leg stump to a foot outside off. The game is just a bit of a laugh, mind, and not a simulation by any stretch of the imagination. I didn't play it, but the guys who did really enjoyed it. This was only in the times when they managed to prize Jamie off it! He really seemed to like it! | ||

It's not a dream world when PC guys have been there, played it and said that it's very good, albeit with a couple of things that need sorting out. Hey, if you want to be pessimistic about things when there's no reason to, then you be my guest. As for the rest of us, we'll look forwards to news of the official release date. MasterBlaster76 added 1 Minutes and 12 Seconds later... Umm, he is, actually.
