| ICC Board Member AKA: Andrew (never Andy) Member Since: Oct 2004 Location: Huddersfield, Englan National Team: England Domestic Team: Lancashire | Never heard of Adam Hollioake? He's been England one-day captain before.... Don't you remember his brother Ben, he (very sadly) died in a car crash in Australia last year. They wouldn't be considering Knight for 2 reasons: 1: He's NO experience of captaincy at any level 2: He's just retired from ODIs
