| Guest | wat does every1 think of shane warney - was he guilty in taking illegal drugs on purpose? or was he non-guilty of taking those drugs on purpose? personally, all i can say that he is rather stupid - not an illegal cricketer. he obviously wouldn't be dumb enough to take drugs that were banned! |

If a banned substance is in medication then they have to report it to their sports governing body.

And it doesn't make a difference if they're performance enhancing or not. Ed Giddens was banned a few years back for using Cocaine and Phil Tufnell (who else) has been banned for using cannabis.
