| SOTM - Dec 2008 Member Since: Feb 2006 Location: Croydon National Team: England Domestic Team: Durham | REDS RACK UP A WIN!!! The Red Devils were definatly in for a tough match the just won it in the first half they had many chances to score Van Nistlerooy missed a grea oppertunity which he should have latche don to but made a mess of it. But he soon played his part wen he made a extravagent run into the box and fed Rooney the ball who then in 1st Half Stoppage time done what he does best SCORE!!! ![]() In the 2nd Half Manchester United went on the defensive with only a few attacking chanses right at then end when Borough pushed up the field United seized the chance of a counter attack and Van Nistlrooy once again assisted Ronney with a great through ball acroos the field which Rooney hit at the keepr who flicked it out for a Corner. But Bourough also had their chanses a great free kick but Downning caught United of gaurd and thanks to Van De Sar it was tipped over, other than that Man United just need to work on their defence and cant afford to lose!!! M.O.M: Van Nistlerooy Rankings Table only showing top half coz Uniteds there!!! ![]() |

| SOTM - Dec 2008 Member Since: Feb 2006 Location: Croydon National Team: England Domestic Team: Durham | ![]() Well Manchester United have one further battle to comence in on their way to glory!!! West Ham are no pushovers they know how to put up a tough fight and can cause a upset in the United camp, so United should no take this for granted they should play to their strenghts and hopefully come out with 3 points remember they are still only 7th in the League after the first match despite winning it all the other teams won their matches to. So the task is layed ahead of them now its time for them to complete it!!! |

| SOTM - Dec 2008 Member Since: Feb 2006 Location: Croydon National Team: England Domestic Team: Durham | UPSET COMPLETED!!!! West Ham United have completed the first upset of the season by defeating Manchester United. Question is how did they do it they were all over the place getting battered, twisted and turned by Christiano Ronaldo, Park and Roone bu Man U couldnt get a goal in despite many chances and Giggs header which luckly went at the goaly who had no idea. But it was the Manchester United defence which slipped up for half a second and let the goal in which was scored by the skipper and the scored stayed the same throughout the match and so did the teams preformances but Manchester United will be totally dissapointed. But they Must forget about this because their next two weeks will be the toguhest net up is Arsenel and then League champions Chelsea!!!! ![]() |

| SOTM - Dec 2008 Member Since: Feb 2006 Location: Croydon National Team: England Domestic Team: Durham | One of the biggest rivalries in the Premiership are Arsenel and Manchester United and their match is moments away. The new season sheet starts well see what United win or how many times United efeat Arsenel vice versa its one intence battle and will get some heat for it to as big names like Henry,Rooney & Christiano Ronaldo etc step up to save their teams pride. Its Up Next watch out!!! Man United feel pretty confident and think they will get at Arsenel with an early attack which should give them an uppder hand and puncture Arsenels confidence but they are also wariey of Arsenels dominant attack of Henry and Van Percie but they know they have to big guns like Rooney and Ruud Van Nistlerooy!!! Arsenel on the other hand feel Manchester United have a good lineup but they think they can undo their defence which looked pretty weak against West Ham and they are also aware of Unites deadly counter attack which was also used a lot against West Ham but failed to get them the goals!!! Both teams are pummped for it and are hoping for a nice challenging and clean game!!! |

| SOTM - Dec 2008 Member Since: Feb 2006 Location: Croydon National Team: England Domestic Team: Durham | [ B]GUNNERS PULL IT OFF!!![/b] Aresenel have defeated Man U in this intense game which went side to side as Arsenel drew blood early with a Alexander Hleb goal then Man U replyed back with beautiful link up play to get Rooney in and level it to 1-1 but from then on it was all Arsenel their defence was not leting no chanses in for United none of the starts shinned Ronaldo was nowhere to be seen god knos even if he got a touch on the ball and Van Nistletrooy stayed quite too. ![]() ![]() Henry then came and ran at the defenders each time he got the ball which made life hell for United because the were playing a all attack setting which left their defence flat footed and let Henry chip the ball ove Edwin Van De Sars head to make the final scoreline 2-1 to Arsenel!!! ![]() |
