PlanetCricket Awards in association with Codemasters - Results Day 1

The voting has closed and the votes have been counted and we are pleased to be able to annouce the first results from the PlanetCricket Awards 2006 in association with Codemasters.

We will be annoucing the results from 2 or 3 catagories for the next 11 days and we are starting today with the Best Download Thread and the Best Signature/Avatar Maker award.

The Best Download Thread award goes to the member who has created the thread in our Cricket 2005, Cricket 2004 or BLIC download forums with the most original, exciting and game improving downloads. The winner of this award receives Brian Lara International Cricket 2005 thanks to Codemastesr and a forum user title showing them to be an award winner.

Winner of the award is Saurabh2185 for Saurabh's Graphics thread with 19% of the vote.
2nd Place - Kev's 2004 Graphics Requests with 16%
2nd Place - Cricket Doctor's download thread with 16%

The other nominees were (in no particular order) Tutsipoppy, Aussie1st, Lucky, jk16_4. boss, The Spin and Hariz.

The second result to be revealed today is for the Best Signature/Avatar Maker which goes to the member who has made the best signatures or avatars for other forums members to use.
The winner of this award recieves a custom user title showing the award they won.

Winner of the award is Usy with a huge 50% of the vote. Signatures he has made be seen here.
2nd Place - langerrox with 16%
3rd Place - holmie with 10%.
