| ICC Board Member AKA: PC/Zohaib Member Since: Nov 2004 Location: Ontario, Canada National Team: Pakistan | Game Stories Talk about your Weekly Games. I'll start off.. This week I had a game with the Supercows Xi one of the easier teams in my league. (Even though they have 7 players above 8000 BTR ) Anyways, I decided to go with a nomal line-up.Quote:
Mahmood was on Debut, He was my most recent pull of of the Academy. A Mediocre with Proficent Consistency, Respecable Feilding and Feeble stamina. A pretty good Pull. I had also sold Rafiullah for 250,000 so I needed a bowler. Anyways, I batted First, and posted a pretty good score of 278/8. Shahbaz got yet another 100, and Lister (the Captain) got yet another 50, Powellplayed good for his 52, he just had to play 32 balls to get there. For the Supercows it was beesley who got 4/45. Now towards the Bowling... I got a great start with Stevens getting a wicket first ball. Henshaw then struck again 3 overs later. Moin got 74 runs for them, but didn't get much support apart from khattak who got 41. The spinner Powell got 4 wickets, and Henshaw got 3, Mahmood, Masood, and Stevens all got 1 each. The Final result was good, I won by 53 runs, Man of the Match was Powell for his 4 wickets, but I thought Shahbaz deserved it..

| International Captain RECORD HOLDER Member Since: Dec 2004 Location: Canada National Team: INDIA Domestic Team: Ontario Cricket Academy | In my recent cup game (Yesterday) The opposition elected to bat on a Green pitch. In 10 overs the score was 24-3 with opening bowler Ahmed taking 2 wickets and Masilo taking 1 wicket. My team got them all out in 45.4 overs and they were able to make 158 with Masilo Taking 4/12 off 8, Y. Ahmed taking 3/25 off 7.4, and Chanderpaul taking 2/18 off 10 My innings started explosively but then after a few overs the opens slowed down. They both stayed till the end and chased the score in 25.5 overs. A. Ahmed made 75 off 83 balls with 4 fours and 1 six. Sansome made 81 off 74 balls with 10 fours Colin Masilo was named man of the match

| Panel of Selectors AKA: Miles Member Since: Dec 2005 Location: guildford, surrey, england National Team: England Domestic Team: Surrey or Hants | I won the toss and elected to bat on a cracked pitch (feebly hoping that the groundsman might be able to turn it into a Hard and Fast from an uneven). It was a delightful batting session. Both openers breezed along at 8 an over and nearly made 150 together, they got to 141 before one of them caught behind. The next partnership was pretty big, 167 taking us to 318 with both batsmen making centuries. The next three partnerships starting making ok scores before the innings finally ended on 366/5. Bowling was almost as carefree - all out for 269 in 47 overs - their highest score was 73. In fact, I screwed up on the team orders, so three batters had a bowl (takign 2 wickets between them ) and the wickie gave away 9 byes. However, the best player of the game was Marples, who took a career best of 5/31. Great stuff.

| ICC Board Member AKA: PC/Zohaib Member Since: Nov 2004 Location: Ontario, Canada National Team: Pakistan | I was expected to lose this game. Playing againest one of the Strongest teams in Pakistan. The Jehlum Blasters, were put in to bat first, and scored a huge total of 377 with Both openers getting 100's. At the End of the innings they got 377/2. Now It was my turn to bat, really I didn't think that I would be able to get there. with my Star opener getting out on 2. But then Ul Rehman (35), Shakeel Masood (73) and Lister (100) Pulled it back. i had a little more chances of winnign this now. Hoping that my lsat 6 would qucken the Scoring Rate and reach the target before the innings ended. Powell was going that way geting 67 off 51 but none else stuck around, and we failed to get there. We ended with 307/7 at the end of 50 overs.

| ICC Board Member AKA: PC/Zohaib Member Since: Nov 2004 Location: Ontario, Canada National Team: Pakistan | Easy Game won today.. Actually, I thought It would be a challenge as they other team scored 233 and I didn't play Masood or Mahmood. Anyways, My Openers Crushed them, Gulzar Shahbaz got 102 off just 94 and Ul-Rehman got 125 from 100 balls! Tremendous Strike rate! Anyways we finished them in 32 overs without losing a wicket. Game ID: 319646

| ICC Board Member Member Since: Aug 2004 Location: Bradford, UK National Team: England Domestic Team: Yorkshire, Bradford City FC, Arsenal FC | My game today, 4th vs 2nd at the Dome. We can tell you that Bennington Town CC won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a cracker! Hard and fast - should be a run-fest out there!!. Briggs Bullets have selected Ainsworth, Ali, Hildred, Forbes, Stamp, Iftikhar, Whalley, Worthington, Mckinlay, Oneil, Pickford. Bennington Town CC have picked Chadwick, Darcy, Makel, Willingham, Wickes, Raees, Prutton, Angell, Perry, Lamb, Rhodes. End of Over 50: 308-5, runrate=6.16 Rhodes 10-1-45-1 Whalley* 6 (3 balls) Ainsworth 146 (134 balls) Last Wicket: Iftikhar b. Rhodes 7 (FOW: 301/5) Decent score, but we were too slow around the 30-40 over mark or it could have been a lot more, Stamp scored 73 and put on 140 odd with Ainsworth for the 5th wicket. At the moment they are replying. End of Over 4: 21-1, runrate=5.25, reqrunrate=6.26 (308-5) Forbes 2-0-9-0 Darcy* 9 (10 balls) Makel 8 (9 balls) Last Wicket: Chadwick b. Oneil 4 (FOW: 4/1) Should be interesting!

His fith bowler -who is real crap- is actually ending up with good figures due to the fact that this match is very delicately poised. Another wicket could cost this one for me. Dennis has yet to launch into the opposition due to this fact... Quote:
