3 new videos released for TCP 07/05/06

OFFICIAL NOTICE for anyone that wasn't already aware....thought i better open this thread in case it gets lost in the main discussion thread where the videos were first announced last night...

VIDEOS - FEATURE LIST & COMMENTS

NB* videos are low quality because there are many clips of all different stroke types and i know a lot of people use dialup!

- new turfs and pitch - but hard to tell anyway cos of the low quality videos
- all new batting animations for all strokes + some misc non-stroke animations
- camera now focuses on batsman for a second before tracking ball after a stroke is played, like tv style...before was cutting away instantly - way too quick
- new improved batsman models - again hard to tell with the low quality vids but take my word for it
- improved trajectories/power/bounce on different strokes
- edges
- new batsman movement system - allows much more accurate control over intended actions
- some more i cant think of right now...

will there be a slight knick on the bat and the felders appeal.

Everything looks amazing. Great job. One question. In video #3, when the Pakistani player does the slog sweep, he freezes after the follow through. Does this happen after every shot. This happens in BLIC as well.

not every shot...i know what you are referring to...i believe i can fix it relatively easily, which i intend to do tonight.

Great! BTW, I like the way the batsman's front leg is crooked while playing the sweep shot. Most games its straight, which is a bit unrealistic.

Awesome videos.

I love that lofted on drive shot. Looks really good. The sweep also looked really cool. Great job!
