They will be unable to give or recieve rep and their current rep will not display.

Please only PM an admin about negative rep if the comment is abusive or offensive not because you don't like getting negative rep.
We will consider restoring the system when the members in question show they are able to use it properly.
This also applies to anyone else who intends to abuse the system.

An update to this saying that having recieved some complaints I've looked through the rep logs and disabled some members from using the rep system. They can no longer give or receive rep.
The reasons are for either:
a/ Giving rep and signing it with a false name
b/ Giving offensive reps

If you have lost your rep privileges you may PM me at the end of the month and give me some good reasons why you should have them back.
Not before then.
