First of all, I'd give Riaan a go higher up the order - top 4. He's got good secondaries so it might come off. You seem to have plenty of wicketkeepers, so sell sack at least 1 probably two - but you choose, you know them better than me. I'd try to maintain a squad of 16 core players. Sack/sell the rest, but again, you know them best.

In my First Season, I had made a "B" Team, Once players on the "A" Team were Tired they were replaced for a game or two by these players, It Told me which players are useful for me and which players I can not handle. At that time I had a player name Raeesudin.. Good player 11,000 BTR, Prof bowling and Resp. Batting. But He was a spinner..I have some great Fast bowlers, So he was not Successful, First I found his Replacment, then I sold him for 900,000. Made some good money..

He needs good stamina. Use sets of 5 if you don't have any bowlers with good stamina. And my ideal squad = 18 players. 7 players purely on batting 6 bowlers - 4 M/FM/F, and 2 spinners 3 allrounders, good enough to be a pure batter or bure bowler in your lineup 2 keepers. 1 with good stamina+higher skill for FC games, 1 with better batting for OD games. If your best keeper is already capable of making your team based on batting and has high skill, get one more for overall backup. This way you have enough to swap around and have enough backup, as well as being able to bat well down to 10 if needed, or to carry 11 bowlers.
