I don't The problem here in UAE is that Domestic teams are company owned teams, for whom if you wish to play for you have to be an employee. For kids its school teams, and my school doesn't have one. I don't intend on joining another school (I love my current one), and I have a family business to work in/run in the future.
There go my dreams

I play for my local club and my school . One thing I hate about my club is they're not competitive enough, when the other teams are.

It's junior level you don't have to be competitive. Anyway the FCC U14's won the League and Cup last season so hopefully so can we.

Yes I know, but we need to be a bit more as the other teams are.

I play for a club. In my youth I had a fairly awesome club career

Back when I used to be able to bowl leg-spin (my shoulder can't hack it anymore so I bowl a bit of a pansy off-spin now ) I had Middlesex trials... failed.. but still represented the local area on top of captaining my club.

With my school, I went to Barbados on a cricket tour, that was awesome, although my school was pretty pants and we lost all but one of our games. It turned out that hang-overs and 35 degrees plus heat didn't mix all too well.

Sounds cool Sureshot, I would love to play a full 3 or 4 day game. 5 would be nice, but at the level I play at I can't see it ever using all 5
