Younger players

I have a young wicket keeper i bought and his name is Andy Duckworth. he started playing the first few games of the season really well, then he got a pair and a run of low scores, can anyone tell me is there anyway to develop him?

Perhaps play him in the second 11 for a while would help him?

ICC2002 is realistic from the point of view players improve over time ala real life.

this game is cool for bringing up young players, it seems easy to find a good bowler, but finding a class batsmen is a bit more tricky, but i have had a few averaging 50+ and one amazing one (called banks, i think) who was like a latter day bradman averaging something like 72! (not quite bradman i suppose)

Well drop him for a 3 or 4 games and have him play in the 2nd 11 and put him on net practice as a coaching session.
